"Is this a home or gym based program?"
The program as written requires traditional gym equipment such as a barbell, dumbbells, bands and kettlebells. However home gym set ups will work just as well!
"Does this program have any custom 1:1 options?"
This program is complete self led, while there are aspects of rehab and corrective exercise built into the program this is not a 1:1 offer or substitute for physical therapy services
"How many workouts are there per week? "
There are 4 workouts per week (2 upper body, 2 lower body) with a fifth optional day of cardio of your choice
