Maybe, or maybe I’ve just been in your shoes and understand exactly what you need to finally start having fun doing the things you enjoy without that little voice in the back of your head worrying
Once upon a time I was feeling burnt out physically. I was pushing my body to the limits in all areas of my life not just the gym and sports. I wasn’t sleeping well or long enough, eating whatever quick dinner option was available, not prioritizing proper nutrients and my stress levels were through the roof. My recovery was awful.

Then I began to learn and grow, soaking up every ounce of knowledge I could on optimizing recovery and performance the right way. I invested in myself and hired my own coach who helped me establish weekly rituals that allowed me to create the time and space for me to pour back into myself and do the things I needed to show up better in all areas of my life including the gym and weekend activities
Now I prioritize movement and strength training in my life in a way that works for me, that allows me to optimize both my recovery and performance in the gym. And I’ve created a program that will help me, help you do the same

The Process
Step one: Submit an application
Step two: We will hop on a no pressure discovery call to map out a game plan for helping you reach your goals and discuss details of the program
Step three: If you decide this is the right program for you, you’ll commit to a minimum of three months of working together to help you get back to enhancing your movement
Step four: Finish onboarding and start your first steps towards getting back to doing the things you love pain free
